Fisheries Code of 1998) were filed against the arrested suspects before the
Provincial Prosecutor’s Office, Imus, Cavite docketed under IS No. IV-03-INQ-
11A-0188.

Significant accomplishments under CIDGOPLAN “Sagip-Anghel”:
1. RESCUE OF A 16-YEAR OLD GIRL IN ANTIPOLO CITY
• On January 21, 2011, elements of Rizal CIDT-4ARCIDU of
this Group conducted operation at Block 13, Lot 13, Purok Imelda, Brgy. Dela
Paz, Antipolo City that resulted in the arrest of Peter BAUTISTA y Dela Cruz, 38
years old, for the crime of rape that was committed on same day based on the
complaint of victim Melanie Jocosol y Labay, 16 years old, of same place.
• The operation was based on the complaint of the victim
accompanied by her grandmother before Rizal CIDT Office against the arrested
suspect. Initial result from PNP Crime Laboratory revealed that the victim showed
clear evidence of burst penetrating trauma to the hymen, which corroborated her
positive assertion that the suspect raped her.
• A case for violation of Article 335 of the RPC as amended by
RA 8353 (Rape) in relation to RA 7610 (Child Abuse) was filed against the
arrested suspect before the City Prosecutor’s Office, Antipolo City docketed
under IS No. XV-01-INQ-11A-00054.
2. RESCUE OF 7-YEAR OLD GIRL IN PILA, LAGUNA
• On January 13, 2011, elements Laguna CIDT-4ARCIDU of
this Group conducted operation at Brgy. Pook, Pila, Laguna that resulted to the
arrest of Susano JAVIER y Santos, 52 years old, an Ex-convict for the crime of
Statutory Rape based on the complaint of victim Maria Sheryl Urriza y Villalon, a
7-year old girl.
• The operation was based on the complaint of the victim
accompanied by her grandmother, Alicia Francia y Panaligma and accordingly
the former was molested by the suspect several times and the last carnal
knowledge was on same day at the back of their Community Center in Brgy.
