comprising all national head coaches
programs
• provide succession planning to ensure sustainable
long term success
• review our National Elite Development Program
implementation plan
• introduce a National Strength and Conditioning
programs for U17 boys and girls
• in consultation with National Head Coaches and
Member State, establish a DTE model to be
delivered to accommodate each program’s
requirements
• develop the National Coaching Guidelines for state
based DTE coaches
