All cattle are to be settled for sale day prior to load out and sell<br />
under the standard terms and conditions as recommended by<br />
the American <strong>Angus</strong> Association.<br />
Liability:<br />
All persons attending this sale do so at their own risk. American<br />
Livestock Brokers act as agents only. Agreement is between<br />
buyer and seller.<br />
Herd Health:<br />
All cattle will be accompanied by proper health certificates for<br />
immediate shipment.<br />
Livestock Insurance:<br />
Your cattle may be insured at the clerk’s desk.<br />
Food and Refreshments:<br />
Available throughout the duration of the sale.<br />
Update Sheet:<br />
There will be a supplemental sheet available sale day with<br />
updated breeding, calving and other pertinent information. This<br />
sheet and any announcements from the block will take precedence<br />
over information in the sale book.<br />
Pregnancy Examination Info:<br />
All cattle have been pregnancy checked by a competent veterinarian<br />
and are called safe to the AI or pasture dates as can be<br />
best determined by advance palpation. In respect to AI dates,<br />
they are not unconditionally guaranteed. All bred females have<br />
been pasture exposed.<br />
Phone Bids:<br />
Buyers unable to attend the sale may send or phone their bids<br />
to the sale manager, auctioneers or field staff.<br />
