A very special year for Uzin Utz AG
also warrants a special business
report. We have therefore decided to
tread new paths in graphic design –
beginning with this business report:
every year we will commission
a recognised photographic artist
with the visualisation, so that every
individual business report has its own
unique, aesthetic concept.
The first of these is Sven Erik Klein.
His selection of the motifs reflects the
values of our company. Much of the
photography took place here in the
region, because global presence does
not exclude keeping both feet firmly
on the ground in the local region.
Born in 1974 in Illertissen near Ulm,
Sven Erik Klein, is a graduate of the
Karlsruhe Design College, and has
studied under such well-known
artists as Candida Höfer, Günter
Förg and Marie-Jo Lafontaine. He
operates a studio in Saarbrücken.
In addition to solo exhibitions such
as in the “Stadthaus” in Ulm, the
Goethe Institute in Nancy or the
Saarland Gallery in the “Palais im
Festungsgraben” in Berlin, Klein has
also participated in group exhibitions
in the “Literaturhaus” in Munich and
in the Ulm Museum. His photographic
works are represented in many public
and private collections.
