difference in how we think about people knowingly
encountering a risk. So I want us to -- when you lead us
through this -- address this question of what different
risks you thought were at issue and why you think that
treating different types of study the same way is right and
why these three levels of protection -- the third level by
the way, of course, is in the CIOMS documents and so forth.
It is not as though we thought up community consent but it
is there.
There is that recent article that was in Nature
Genetics that you have probably seen by Foster, et al.,
which addresses that process.
