Yes, 1999. That actually is around the corner in terms of
doing something thoughtful and meaningful. We can devote a
certain amount of time to that because I think it is so
important but we will be limited in the amount of time.
What I thought about in terms of that is we
might take the lead in sponsoring some work in that area,
whether it is a volume of essays or whatever it is, we
could work on it, to which some members of this group may
choose to contribute as opposed to issuing a so to speak
new -- that is not what was suggested -- Belmont Report.
Those are the things I think we have to think through but I
agree with you, David and Eric, and the others who have
thought about this that we should not let that event pass
without some kind of event, some kind of response. I think
that is right.
