Because it seems to me that part of what Courtney's analysis suggests is that this is an area where religious traditions have not spoken out. They have not developed positions. And then he has to raise the question about how are we to interpret the silence. It seems to me that it would be much better in this particular report to fold whatever points that come out of this discussion, the religious section, into the broader ethical section rather than having a separate religious discussion. DR. MURRAY: I think that is how we see it right now. Isn't that right, Kathy? We just do not have the section on ethics discussion. We do not have the text there yet at least as I envision it. DR.
