of what Courtney's analysis suggests is that this is an
area where religious traditions have not spoken out. They
have not developed positions. And then he has to raise the
question about how are we to interpret the silence.
It seems to me that it would be much better in
this particular report to fold whatever points that come

broader ethical section rather than having a separate
