Presented by the Council on the New Dentist, the
LDA Last Chance Seminar, held at the Embassy
Suites Hotel in Baton Rouge on November 12, drew
nearly 115 participants!
The attendees, including dentists, hygienists and
assistants, began arriving at 8:30 a.m. and enjoyed
a delicious continental breakfast. Shortly after, I
introduced the featured speaker, Dr. John Khademi.
LDA Last Chance Seminar Draws a Large Crowd
Dr. Khademi’s case-based presentation,
“Endodontics & Endo Restorative: Getting to the
Root of the Controversies,” demonstrated how visual
and restoratively based methods of treatment lead to
greater canal discovery all while retaining key cervical
tooth structure.
After the conclusion of the first part of Dr.
Khademi’s controversial lecture, attendees continued
to discuss the topic while waiting in line to enjoy a
traditional Louisiana style buffet. With full bellies,
everyone made their way back to the conference
room for the second part of the seminar. The
remainder of Dr. Khademi’s lecture flew by and many
attendees lingered after the closing remarks for a
chance to speak with him one on one.
