King’s Easter Egg Hunt
Despite a chilly day, over 200 alumni families brought their children and/or
grandchildren to enjoy the first annual King’s College Easter Egg Hunt here on the
College campus. The morning began with cake and coffee (the coffee was generously
donated by Dunkin’ Donuts) and a short welcome. At registration, each child received
a goody bag with toys, some candy and a starter egg. Leo the Lion and the Easter
Bunny were available all morning for pictures and the morning was cap-stoned by the
egg hunt itself! The feeling of excitement filled the air as the children ran through
O’Connor Park and Founder’s Walk, scooping up multi-colored eggs filled with candies
and goodies to enjoy later. A huge THANK YOU goes out to the awesome guys at EKE
who helped make this event possible!

Nationals Game
The King’s Washington Area Club (KWAC) hosted a
Phillies/National Baseball game on May 16, 2009. A
good time was held by all. Some attendees pictured here

Legacy Luncheon
Every year, the College continues to grow and it is now very common for current students to have sisters, brothers, uncles, aunts,
cousins, parents or even grandparents who are already a part of the King’s Alumni Community. Each year, the College hosts a
special luncheon for those first-year students whose parents attended King’s College. The Legacy Luncheon is held on move-in day
for first year students. It is an opportunity for new students and alumni parents to get to know today’s King’s College.
