Master <strong>of</strong><br />
flexibility<br />
They are always at the right spot, wherever needed: Founded only one year ago,<br />
<strong>HTI</strong> Personalmanagement GmbH now employs around 90 members <strong>of</strong> staff<br />
that integrate their expertise right there, where it is needed.<br />

Today’s economy keeps asking for more and<br />
more flexible solutions. One <strong>of</strong> the right answers<br />
to this is called <strong>HTI</strong> Personalmanagement GmbH<br />
(<strong>HTI</strong> PM), proven by the number <strong>of</strong><br />
staff on the payroll. Within only one<br />
year <strong>HTI</strong> PM employs ten male and<br />
eight female employees as well as 61<br />
male and 10 female workers. The majority<br />
works for the <strong>HTI</strong> Group company<br />
Gruber & Kaja, approx. 5 % work<br />
for <strong>HTI</strong> <strong>High</strong> <strong>Tech</strong> <strong>Industries</strong> <strong>AG</strong>.<br />
Chameleon within the<br />
working environment<br />
“Companies today require work contract<br />
that allow them to quickly react<br />
to order peaks, for example through<br />
temporary workforce deployments from one<br />
Group company to the other. <strong>HTI</strong> PM makes a<br />
substantial contribution to mastering the increasing<br />
demand for flexibility due to the volatility <strong>of</strong><br />
the markets and the increasing competition<br />
through globalization”, comments <strong>HTI</strong> COO Karlheinz<br />
Wintersberger on the demands to today’s<br />
work environment. Hence, the highly flexible staff<br />
<strong>of</strong> <strong>HTI</strong> PM alternate from one company to the<br />
other resp. from one department to the other,<br />
avoiding unnecessary bureaucratic hurdles. Especially<br />
flexible employees are <strong>of</strong>fered the possibility<br />
to alternate between companies, far away<br />
from each other, thus providing them with longlasting<br />
job security.<br />
