They are always at the right spot, wherever needed: Founded only one year ago,
HTI Personalmanagement GmbH now employs around 90 members of staff
that integrate their expertise right there, where it is needed.

Today’s economy keeps asking for more and
more flexible solutions. One of the right answers
to this is called HTI Personalmanagement GmbH
(HTI PM), proven by the number of
staff on the payroll. Within only one
year HTI PM employs ten male and
eight female employees as well as 61
male and 10 female workers. The majority
works for the HTI Group company
Gruber & Kaja, approx. 5 % work
for HTI High Tech Industries AG.
Chameleon within the
working environment

that allow them to quickly react
to order peaks, for example through
temporary workforce deployments from one
Group company to the other. HTI PM makes a
substantial contribution to mastering the increasing
demand for flexibility due to the volatility of
the markets and the increasing competition
through globalization”, comments HTI COO Karlheinz
Wintersberger on the demands to today’s
work environment. Hence, the highly flexible staff
of HTI PM alternate from one company to the
other resp. from one department to the other,
avoiding unnecessary bureaucratic hurdles. Especially
flexible employees are offered the possibility
to alternate between companies, far away
from each other, thus providing them with longlasting
job security.
