A little further in advance of this splendid<br />
throne, and nearer the altar, s<strong>to</strong>od a<br />
chair of a more humble bearing, but far<br />
more interesting, from the legendary s<strong>to</strong>ries<br />
connected with it. This was St. Edward's<br />
