Panels made 283 comments for 222 women before <strong>pregnancy</strong> and 199 comments for 174 women dur<strong>in</strong>g<br />
<strong>pregnancy</strong> (table 7.3). The ma<strong>in</strong> issues <strong>we</strong>re non-adherence to medical advice, non-attendance at planned<br />
appo<strong>in</strong>tments, and social factors <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g unplanned <strong>pregnancy</strong>, poor motivation and poor understand<strong>in</strong>g<br />
