<strong>and</strong> training are included. Jail operations category includes correctional officers, guards,<br />

cooks, janitors, <strong>and</strong> other personnel working in the jail. Court operations category includes<br />

bailiffs, security guards, process servers, <strong>and</strong> other personnel who perform court-related<br />

duties. Detail may not add to 100% because of rounding.<br />
