Pam Wyman and her staff don’t consider the job done
until the order is complete and the customer is satisfied.

LLC opened for business in
August 2005, five weeks before
Hurricane Rita hit. After the
hurricane, the business worked
closely with its customers, providing
steel and tubing quickly.
Pam Wyman started 22 years
ago in the steel business and in
that time has developed great
relationships with her customers.
Today her business offers
structural steel and ornamental
supplies and accessories, sq.
tubing, angle iron, beams,
plates, sheets, exp. metal, grating,
flat bar, round bar, channel
spears, collars, hinges, post caps
and balls, gate operators, paint
and much more.
"If there is an item that you
use that we don't carry, we will
stock it for you, she said. "We
treat our customers like we
want to be treated when we
walk into a business.
"We pride ourselves on our
service. The order is not complete
until it is delievered and
the customer is satisfied. We
offer MTRs with material, cutting
items in half so you can
haul it more easily.
"We have tripled in size in
four years, and we plan to continue
growing in inventory and
new lines of material. In our
busy spurts, we have a network
of part-time individuals who
come in and help out.
“Our slogan is, ‘We are your
one-stop steel shop.’
"Eighty percent of our steel is
indoors, which our customers
love because the material stays
clean and rust-free.
"Our customers deal with
courteous and friendly people
who will take care of their needs
in a timely fashion. Our service
places your order, and it will be
taken care of. We have a unified
staff with the same goals, and
we work as a team.
"Our philosophy is, 'Give
your customer 110 percent, and
the rest just falls in place.'
"We deal with local businesses
for supplies and services as
much as we can. We are a member
of the Better Business
Bureau and NFIB."
Pam was was born and raised
in Lake Charles. She has been
married to Kevin Wyman for 13
years. They are very active in
giving back to the community,
local charities and fundraisers.
In her spare time, she has a gift
basket business that she began 6
years ago. It started as a way to
provide customers with gifts for
fishing tournaments, golf tournaments
and Christmas. In
addition to that, Pam and two
friends have just started a clothing
line for women who ride
motorcycles. It includes jean
jackets, shirts and bandanas.
"It's my creative side," she said.
Pam loves staying busy.
Multi-tasking is a way of life for
her. Sometimes her husband
says, "Enough is enough,
already. You need to slow
down." Of course, she does for a
few days. Then it is back to full
speed ahead.
