Guillory, a former professional
fashion model,
has appeared in several
national magazines and
catalogs. Her professional
experience includes walking
the runways of
Houston, Los Angeles,
Atlanta and New York for
designers such as
Randolph Duke, Geoffrey
Bean, Carolina Herrerra,
Oscar de LaRenta, St. John
and Christian Dior.
She has appeared in several
catalogs for stores
such as Dillard’s, Foley’s
and JCPenney.
Guillory taught modeling
and self-improvement
skills for four years at the
Mayo Hill School of
Modeling in Houston. She
also holds degrees in nursing
and mass communication.
Guillory won the title of
Mrs. Louisiana-America in
2006, allowing her to travel
to Tucson, Arizona, to
compete in the nationally
televised Mrs. America
Pageant, where she placed
third runner-up.
She has appeared in the
MTV show, “So What Do
You Want to Be?” as well
as several television commercials
and college introductory
videos.
In creating Excellence In
You, Guillory decided to
share her etiquette and
modeling skills with
youths and young adults
who would like to maximize
their potential.
Excellence In You will
host a model’s camp workshop
Oct. 23-25 for girls
age 10-13, and Nov. 6-8 for
girls age 14-18. The camp
will teach etiquette, makeup
application, model’s
walk I and II, fashion
trends and nutritional tips.
The camp will take place
at Best Western Richmond
Suites. It is not an
overnight camp. The last
day of camp will include a
fashion show in which the
young ladies will demonstrate
what they have

The camp will cost $175,
which goes toward the
facility, meals, training, a
tote bag and gifts for the
girls. Spaces limited.

Cheryl O'Neal opened La
Maison Properties (llc) in
August of 2009. A licensed
real estate broker, Cheryl
had a vision for the type of
company and services she
wanted to provide. It is
basically a three-fold plan.
First, to honor the LORD.
Second, to provide service
that goes above and
beyond. Third, to establish
a place where others could
make a good and honest
living. Very basic, very simple.
Our business philosophy
is also very simple. We treat
our clients like we would
want to be treated. We
understand that we are in
the service business and
people have a choice. We
want them to know they
made the right choice in us.
La Maison Properties
offers services to clients
who are interested in buying
and/or selling residential
homes, vacant land or
commercial properties.

Cheryl O’Neal
as well as offering property

Currently, La Maison
Properties has four additional
agents. Teni Tillery
and Veronica Williams are
both seasoned agents, who
worked with Cheryl at a
previous brokerage. David
O'Neal (Cheryl's oldest son)
and Mariella Welch
(Cheryl's mother) are newly
licensed, but both bring
vast experience in business
and management. The company
is also in the process
of acquiring additional
agents.
