The selected candidates are directed to submit the scrutiny form alongwith documents in the<br />
Enquiry Counter <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Directorate</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Higher</strong> & <strong>Technical</strong> <strong>Education</strong>, Govt. <strong>of</strong> Arunachal Pradesh,<br />
<strong>Itanagar</strong> as and when the seats are received from the Govt. <strong>of</strong> India.<br />
Candidates selected in Rajiv Gandhi Govt. Polytechnic, <strong>Itanagar</strong> and Tomi Polytechnic, Basar<br />
should directly report to the Institution for admission on or before 23/08/2011. Selection <strong>of</strong> candidates<br />
would automatically stand cancelled for the candidates who fail to obtain nomination within the<br />
stipulated date.<br />
Selected candidates should show all the original documents at the time <strong>of</strong> nomination. They are<br />
also required to produce 2(Two) sets each <strong>of</strong> xerox copies <strong>of</strong> the following documents duly attested by a<br />
gazette <strong>of</strong>ficer.<br />
