•PEA should design program 1 home 1 wind turbine like Solar roof<br />
Top project. The 1KW machine cost should be at 150 Baht/Watt<br />
by using Low Wind Speed Wind machine with 220VAC grid<br />
inverter.<br />
•Government should properly allocate the stimulus budget for<br />
renewable energy project.<br />
