technically advanced metal components and assemblies,
primarily used in clean technology industries, with emphasis on
wind power and solar energy.

– Chief Executive Officer, chairman and a director since the completion of the reverse acquisition in November

Capabilities
Forging
• Our forging facility, which includes an advanced ESR (Electro Slag Remelt) line, is able
to meet the quality requirements of our most demanding customers, has an annual
capacity of 50,000 tons.
• Multi-diameter shafts, gear blanks, mandrel-forged rings and specialized shapes, are
available in a wide range of sizes and weights ranging from a few hundred pounds to
over 25,000 pounds.
• Most popular carbon and alloy AISI/SAE grades are
readily available. We also have experience with the
melting and forming of specialized alloys.
• Cleantech Solutions International is capable of producing
components that meet various industry specifications
such as ASTM, ASME, ABS and AMS, as well as productspecific
specifications.
• Our ISO 9001 certification covers all aspects of our shaftshaped
forging, ring forging, tubular forging and post

• Rolled rings measuring up to 6.3 meters in diameter and a
cross section up to 700mm used in wind turbine units,
measuring up to 3MW+.

bearings and yaw bearings

• Pressure vessel components (rolled rings) which are used in
production of photovoltaic (solar) panels

Fabrication
• Cleantech Solutions ability to engineer, fabricate,
weld and machine, components and assemblies at
one location in China, provides our global
customers a competitive advantage in today's
increasingly demanding global market.
• Our facility covers more than 300,000 Sq. feet
under roof and is equipped with more than 250
major machine tools. All plant activities are
controlled by a modern scheduling system that is
designed to reduce lead times and help us achieve
the industry's best delivery performance.

Forging
• Our operations feature a 4,500-ton press and a ringrolling
mill, employing our advanced axial close-die
forging technology
• Axial-closed die forging reduces material
consumption by 35% leading to surface flatness,
excellent mechanical strength and high
manufacturing flexibility.
• Modern heat treating facility is capable of thermal
stress relieving, annealing, normalizing, and
tempering
• Machining – Our facilities include small, medium
and large turning and boring lathes; horizontal and
vertical milling centers; drill presses; planer mills.
• Our manufacturing site covers over 1.1 million Sq. ft.
