Multicast Listener Discovery and source-specific multicast protocols<br />

<strong>Brocade</strong>(config)# interface ve 10<br />

<strong>Brocade</strong>(config-vif-10)# ipv6 mld version 2<br />

Syntax: ipv6 mld version version-number<br />

The version-number variable sets the MLD version on an interface. You can specify 1 or 2 for the<br />

MLD version.The default version is 2.<br />

Displaying MLD information<br />

The sections below present the show commands for MLD.<br />

Displaying MLD group information<br />

To display the list of multicast groups, enter a command such as the following.<br />

<strong>Brocade</strong> #show ipv6 mld group<br />

Syntax: show ipv6 mld [vrf vrf-name] group<br />

The vrf parameter allows you to display the list of IPv6 MLD groups for the VRF instance identified<br />

by the vrf-name variable.<br />

Table 50 displays the output from the show ipv6 mld group command.<br />

The number of seconds the interface can remain in its current mode.<br />

The total number of MLD groups.<br />

Displaying MLD definitions for an interface<br />

To display the MLD parameters on an interface, including the various timers, the current querying<br />

router, and whether or not MLD is enabled, enter the following command.<br />
