马 航 大 中 华 区 邀 请 来 自 北 京 、 上 海 、 广 州 、 厦 门 、 昆 明 、 香 港 及 台 湾 地 区 的 64 家 代 理 商 及 7 家 媒 体 前
往 马 来 西 亚 , 开 启 了 颁 奖 之 旅 , 以 感 谢 代 理 商 在 2012 年 度 对 马 航 的 支 持 。 代 理 商 及 媒 体 成 员 在 马 航 各
区 域 经 理 的 陪 同 下 分 别 考 察 了 吉 隆 坡 、 怡 保 、 新 山 、 沙 巴 等 多 个 马 来 西 亚 旅 游 目 的 地 。5 月 22 至 24
日 , 各 航 站 代 表 齐 聚 位 于 马 来 半 岛 东 海 岸 的 珍 拉 丁 湾 ClubMed, 参 加 马 航 举 办 的 “ 旅 游 分 享 汇 ” 及 “ 大
中 华 区 杰 出 代 理 商 颁 奖 典 礼 ”。 除 了 来 自 马 航 大 中 华 区 代 表 外 , 本 次 活 动 还 邀 请 了 马 航 总 部 管 理 层 及 马
来 西 亚 旅 游 促 进 局 副 局 长 钟 玉 霞 女 士 (Mdm. Chong Yoke Har) 等 代 表 出 席 。
5 月 23 日 上 午 , 马 航 特 别 安 排 了 “ 旅 游 分 享 汇 ” 活 动 , 每 个 航 站 分 别 对 各 自 前 往 的 目 的 地 ( 吉 隆
坡 、 怡 保 、 新 山 及 沙 巴 等 ) 进 行 了 介 绍 , 分 享 了 旅 行 中 的 美 食 、 美 景 以 及 美 好 体 验 。 马 来 西 亚 旅 游 局 副
局 长 钟 玉 霞 女 士 向 与 会 者 介 绍 了 2014 年 马 来 西 亚 旅 游 年 的 精 彩 活 动 ; 分 享 汇 还 邀 请 到 马 航 全 资 子 公 司 -
飞 萤 航 空 (Firefly) 首 席 执 行 官 Mr. Ignatius Ong 介 绍 了 飞 萤 航 空 的 最 新 动 态 ; 同 时 ClubMed 的 代 表 也 介
绍 了 ClubMed 全 球 及 珍 拉 丁 湾 度 假 村 的 概 况 。 整 个 活 动 处 处 诠 释 着 马 航 的 标 语 “ 完 美 旅 程 始 于 伴 您 同
行 者 -Journeys Are Made By The People You Travel With”。
5 月 23 日 傍 晚 , 所 有 代 表 相 聚 在 海 边 美 丽 的 Zen Pool( 静 池 ) 参 加 马 航 大 中 华 区 杰 出 代 理 商 颁 奖 典
礼 。 马 航 大 中 华 区 总 经 理 刘 国 华 先 生 、 马 航 全 球 销 售 与 分 销 高 级 副 总 裁 Mr. Duncan Bureau、 马 来 西 亚
旅 游 局 副 局 长 钟 玉 霞 女 士 、ClubMed 中 国 业 务 拓 展 与 南 区 销 售 高 级 总 监 Mr. Kenny Lim 分 别 为 颁 奖 典 礼
致 辞 。 刘 国 华 先 生 分 别 向 Mdm. Chong 及 Mr.Kenny Lim 赠 送 礼 物 , 感 谢 马 来 西 亚 旅 游 局 及 ClubMed 对 本
次 活 动 的 大 力 支 持 。 随 后 进 行 了 激 动 人 心 的 颁 奖 仪 式 , 刘 国 华 先 生 及 马 航 中 国 站 各 区 域 经 理 为 获 得 “ 最
具 潜 力 奖 ” 及 “ 杰 出 贡 献 奖 ” 的 57 位 代 理 商 颁 发 了 水 晶 奖 杯 ; 最 后 , 刘 国 华 先 生 与 Mr. Duncan Bureau
共 同 为 7 家 获 得 “ 卓 越 业 绩 奖 ” 的 代 理 商 颁 发 了 获 奖 证 书 以 及 专 门 从 马 来 西 亚 皇 家 雪 兰 莪 订 制 的 镀 金 锡
制 奖 牌 。 颁 奖 仪 式 结 束 之 时 , 灿 烂 的 礼 花 在 空 中 绽 放 , 预 示 着 更 加 辉 煌 的 明 天 , 活 动 在 大 家 的 掌 声 与 喝
彩 中 圆 满 落 幕 。

4 次 举 办 杰 出 代 理 商 颁 奖 活 动 。2010 至 2012 年 , 我 们 在 槟 城 、 古 晋 、 云 顶 举 办 了 颁 奖 活 动 。 特 别 是 自
2012 年 开 始 , 我 们 特 别 安 排 每 个 航 站 前 往 不 同 的 马 来 西 亚 目 的 地 , 并 举 行 “ 旅 游 分 享 汇 ”, 希 望 通 过
分 享 的 方 式 让 参 与 者 了 解 更 多 马 来 西 亚 的 旅 游 资 源 。 马 航 十 分 重 视 中 国 市 场 的 发 展 , 不 断 增 加 大 中 华 区
的 运 力 。 自 今 年 初 相 继 增 加 了 厦 门 、 广 州 、 台 北 至 吉 隆 坡 航 线 的 运 力 后 ,5 月 1 日 起 采 用 A380 执 飞 香

港 - 吉 隆 坡 ,6 月 15 日 起 该 航 线 还 将 增 至 每 天 3 班 , 由 此 大 中 华 区 每 周 提 供 99 个 航 班 直 飞 马 来 西 亚 。 代
理 商 的 大 力 支 持 是 马 航 在 大 中 华 市 场 获 得 成 功 的 基 石 , 马 航 诚 挚 地 希 望 与 代 理 商 及 旅 游 业 界 伙 伴 开 展 更

Malaysia Airlines Greater China Top Agents Award Ceremony
Successfully Held at ClubMed, Cherating Beach, Malaysia
(28 th May 2013) Malaysia Airlines Greater China Region organised the Top Agents Award trip to
Malaysia from 19 th to 24 th May 2013.The trip included visits to various Malaysian destinations and the
award function at ClubMed, Cherating beach. Delegates from 7 stations visited different places
including Kuala Lumpur, Ipoh, Johor Bahru, Kota Kinabalu before they gathered at ClubMed from 22 nd
May to 24 th May.
A total of 64 top agents and 7 media from Greater China region attended the grand event. Guest list
also comprised the Malaysia Airline’s commercial division management heads, representatives from
7 stations namely Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Xiamen, Kunming, Hong Kong and Taiwan;
Tourism Malaysia‘s Deputy Director General (Promotion) Mdm. Chong Yoke Har, Deputy Director
International Promotion Division (North & East Asia) Mr. Abdul Haris Hadi and its officials, as well as
ClubMed’s Senior Director of Direct Sales & South China Business Development and his team.
All stations shared their mesmerising pre-trip experiences during the “Travel Experience Sharing”
session in the morning of 23 rd May. Mdm. Chong Yoke Har presented the promotion plans and
activities of Tourism Malaysia for “Visit Malaysia Year 2014”.

The grand Top Agents Award Ceremony was held on 23 rd May evening at the Zen Pool area near the
seaside in a peaceful and exclusive environment. Malaysia Airlines Regional Senior Vice President
Greater China Mr. Joshua Law together with other Area Managers presented the crystal trophy to
each agent who won the ‘Best Potential Award’ and “Excellent Performance Award”. Malaysia Airlines
Senior Vice President Sales & Distribution Mr. Duncan Bureau and Mr. Joshua Law presented the
Royal Selangor Customized Pewter Plate and Award Certificate to 7 “Outstanding Award” winners. All
guests are impressed with the firework display at the end of the award ceremony.
Mr. Joshua Law, Regional SVP Greater China said, “This is the 4 th time we organized Top Agents
Award trip for the whole region after Penang in 2010, Kuching in 2011 and Genting Highland in 2012.
Similar to last year, we have divided the group to visit different places in Malaysia and sharing their
travel experience all together during the “Travel Experience Sharing” session, which encourage the
participants to explore more tourism resources in Malaysia later.”
Mr. Law also added, “Greater China is a booming market where Malaysia Airlines pays plenty of
attention to. We also consciously increase the capacity and build the network further. Following the
frequency increase for Xiamen, Guangzhou and Taipei early this year, we have recently introduced
A380 to Hong Kong to showcase our new product. With the introduction of 3 rd daily frequency in Hong
Kong from 15Jun13, Malaysia Airlines will provide a total of 99 direct flights weekly from Greater
China to Malaysia. Agencies are the key partners to Malaysia Airlines, and we do expect to explore
more and may more win-win collaboration with partners is created.”
At the end, Mr. Joshua Law proudly announced that Malaysia Airlines has won 10 awards in China for
the year of 2012. This created history. Awards include
- “Leading Airline of the Year” by Top Travel Ceremony;
- “Most Favourite Airline of the Year“ by LOHAS;
- “Best Foreign Airline of The Year” by China Tourism Awards-National;
- “Best Experience Airline – Best In-flight Cuisine” by China Tourism Awards-Beijing;

- “Best Airline of The Year” by Beijing Youth Media Group;
