documents supplemental or ancillary thereto) in favour of the Bank in respect of
banking facilities extended to …(“the Borrower”) by the Bank pursuant to the
Bank’s Facility Letter(s) dated … (as may be amended, supplemented and/or
modified from time to time) (“the Facility Letter”).
3. I hereby agree and confirm that my consent, agreement and declaration described
herein shall not be affected or impaired by any of the following, any of which
may be taken without other additional consent from me and without notice to me:
(a) any express or implied amendment, modification, renewal, addition,
supplement, or extension of or to any of the Facility Letter; and
(b) any exercise or non – exercise or waiver by any party to the Agreement
of any right or privilege under the Facility Letter.
4. I acknowledge that I am aware of and fully understand the purpose and effect of
the consequences and obligations arising under the security document(s).
5. I also hereby confirm and declare that my consent herein is given voluntarily and
is made consciously for the aforesaid purpose and it is my intention that this
consent will be effective wherever and whenever the security document is
executed.
6. I undertake not to withdraw or cancel or to purport to withdraw or cancel the
consent given herein and I shall not deny or dispute such consent or my
*husband’s/ *wife’s liabilities and obligations under the security document(s).
