Club de gymnastique Gymini ONLINE REGISTRATION FROM SEPTEMBER 1st, 2010 www.clubgymini.org At the club: September 10 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. September 11 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Club de Gymnastique Gymini is a non-profitable organization that has been offering artistic gymnastics to young boys and girls of our region for more than 30 years. Our coaches are certified and teach this very popular sport in a safe and secure environment. All our gymnasts and coaches are affiliated with the Quebec Gymnastics Federation. CANGYM CanGym is the national recreational program to develop gymnastic skills for boys and girls aged 5 years and older. (1h15min/week) AMUSAGYM Amusagym is our fu n program (based on CANGYM) for boys and girls aged 4 years old. (1h/ week) OTHeR CLASSeS AVAILAbLe Gym-Adulte, Gym-Ado, Tumbling-Trampoline, CR2, Pré-relève, Cheerleading, Gym-Libre, Parcours et Gym-en-Fête “Le tour du monde de Karibou” is a motor skills enhancement program for children aged 1 to 4 years. Under the program, kids amble along courses, learn through group tasks, and take up challenges that will gradually prepare them for the world of sports and physical activities. Acrobatics - Dance - Tumbling - Trampoline This discipline requires courage and stamina, while demanding flexibility and skill. Acrobatic Gymnastics or Acrosport includes a combination of choreography, collective acrobatic elements such as holds, throws, catches as well as individual acrobatic elements performed on the floor, all in perfect synchronisation. Very entertaining to watch, this sport is being made especially popular by a well known Montreal circus company! Who is Les Gymnastes de L’Ile? Our club, a non-profit association, is affiliated to the Quebec Gymnastics Federation, competing in tumbling, mini-double trampoline, and Olympic trampoline. Our Coaches are worldclass Acrobatics experts and former worldwide champion. Our Athletes have competed alongside the best in the world. We welcome girls and boys as of 4 years old. Our Motto remains safety, fun and continuous improvement! Come join our team, develop your potential and be part of something special! We offer courses at all levels from recreational to competitive. News: Our coaches have defined the Canadian Acrosport Program which was approved in February of this year! Our goal is to provide an environment which will promote the growth and development of the child as an individual, at the social, emotional, physical, artistic and intellectual levels.
