It is very important to register on the dates published in this booklet. Failing to do so, your application may be rejected. Should the maximum number of participant not be met following the official registration period, the Town will accept registrations from non-residents. Payment Registration fees are payable by cheque to the order of Ville de Saint-Lazare, or in cash (exact amount required). For some activities, registration fees are payable to the organization responsible for the activity. In these cases, check with the activity’s representative. Program changes The Service des Loisirs reserve the right to cancel any of its activities if the minimum number of participants is not met. The city will issue a refund should an activity be cancelled before or after the start of the said activity as per its refund policy found in bylaw 668, article 9. Refund Any activity can be cancelled by a registered participant, before or after it has begun. In such case, the Service des Loisirs will apply the refund policy found in bylaw 668, article 9.
