Description<br />
We offer many levels of training with experienced coaches.<br />
This program is available for children from the ages of 6 to<br />
18. Try-outs will be held in September 2010.<br />
Horaire<br />
2 to 6 days per week from Monday and Friday and Sunday<br />
Morning program: 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.<br />
Evening program: 4:45 p.m. to 6 p.m. and<br />
Sunday from 4:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.<br />

Then the triathlon is for you! A complete sport you can practice<br />
alone or with your family. Supervised by dynamic and qualified<br />
trainers, lots of fun and challenge await!<br />
We are the biggest club accredited by the Quebec Fe<strong>de</strong>ration of<br />
Triathlon and participate in many competitions throughout the<br />
summer. We are an organization with members of all ages, as well as<br />
an elite group with representatives participating at an international<br />
level.<br />
To help us meet our objectives, we train throughout the year at different<br />
locations including the College Bourget swimming pool in Rigaud,<br />
the track and field located at Westwood School in <strong>Saint</strong>-<strong>Lazare</strong><br />
as well as at our Côteau-du-lac location during our regular season.<br />

The Cycling Club “Le Suroît” brings together bike fans wishing to ri<strong>de</strong> within a group in<br />
the region. There are several categories of groups with average speeds ranging from 20<br />
to 35 km / h and more! Our season continues until mid-November.<br />
