Description
We offer many levels of training with experienced coaches.
This program is available for children from the ages of 6 to
18. Try-outs will be held in September 2010.
Horaire
2 to 6 days per week from Monday and Friday and Sunday
Morning program: 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Evening program: 4:45 p.m. to 6 p.m. and
Sunday from 4:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.

Is that what you’re looking for?
Then the triathlon is for you! A complete sport you can practice
alone or with your family. Supervised by dynamic and qualified
trainers, lots of fun and challenge await!
We are the biggest club accredited by the Quebec Federation of
Triathlon and participate in many competitions throughout the
summer. We are an organization with members of all ages, as well as
an elite group with representatives participating at an international
level.
To help us meet our objectives, we train throughout the year at different
locations including the College Bourget swimming pool in Rigaud,
the track and field located at Westwood School in Saint-Lazare
as well as at our Côteau-du-lac location during our regular season.

The Cycling Club “Le Suroît” brings together bike fans wishing to ride within a group in
the region. There are several categories of groups with average speeds ranging from 20
to 35 km / h and more! Our season continues until mid-November.
