10 August Activities Club de Patinage de Vitesse des Trois-Lacs www.cpv3lacs.org 5 year old and up Description The Trois-Lacs speed skating club, which is a member of the Quebec Speedskating Federation, welcomes young skaters from age 5 and up as well as adults from the Vaudreuil-Soulanges area. Speed skating is an Olympic sport which develops agility, strength, endurance and strategy. As such, it provides an excellent side training for sports such as ice hockey or ringuette. Our training program has been developed by our head coach, Marie-Josée Martin, coach of the year in 2008 and former athlete on the national team.
