Skating programs
for all levels and ages
Canadians love figure skating! Every winter, millions of Canadians
take to the ice, indoors and outdoors in search of fun and fitness.
Our programs provide participants with basic skating skills,
advanced figure skating techniques, test and competitive
opportunities, awards and incentives and the chance to learn new
skills in a fun and positive environment. Our goal is to introduce
beginners of all ages to the basics of skating; then provide them
with the encouragement and support they need to continue to
develop and improve their skating skills, whether for figure skating,
hockey or ringuette. All of our skating programs are governed by
Skate Canada and are delivered by Skate Canada NCCP-certified
coaches with the assistance of trained Program Assistants.

Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Schedule and location
Our programs will be offered several times a week at the Complexe
Sportif Saint-Lazare and at the College Bourget in Rigaud from
September 2010 through April 2011. New skaters are welcome to
join our programs at any time during the season.

Soccer
Boys and girls
5 to 16 years old
Description
The Hudson/St-Lazare Soccer Club welcomes boys and girls ages 5 to
16 years old to play INDOOR soccer.
CHILD’S MEDICAL CARD IS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION
Schedule and location
All games will be played indoors at the St-Lazare Sports Complex.
Single match per week, 60 minutes per match.
Saturdays 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. U5 to U10
Mondays 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. + 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. U14 to U16 girls
Tuesdays 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. + 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. U11 to U13 girls
Wednesdays 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. + 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. U11 to U13 boys
Thursdays 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. + 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. U14 to U16 boys
Duration
19 weeks of play starting October 2, 2010 to February 24, 2011.
2 week break during Christmas Holidays from December 20, 2010 to
January 7, 2011.
