UNOPS offers stand-alone services to manage selection
and recruitment processes, including designing
terms of reference, writing and publishing vacancy
announcements, performing pre-employment screening,
interviewing applicants and negotiating contract terms.
We can manage the full recruitment process, or
alternately partners can be given access to the profiles
in our new online recruitment tool, the Global Personnel
Recruitment System, gprs.unops.org, so they can carry
out the recruitment themselves.

and accountability. Once partners have carried out
the selection process, UNOPS can also issue and
administer a contract.
Online recruitment system
The Global Personnel Recruitment System has been
designed to simplify and speed up the application
process, allowing applicants to create and save a
personal profile and use this to apply to multiple
positions.
Candidates use the recruitment system to apply for
current vacancies, or to register for the roster in order
to be considered for upcoming positions. Job profiles
in the roster cover all areas of project support and
implementation. More can be added on request.
