ORIGIN entitling you to study in <strong>Reims</strong><br />
• EUROPEAN HEALTH INSURANCE CARD<br />
or a <strong>for</strong>m replacing it (<strong>for</strong> the European<br />
stu<strong>de</strong>nts)<br />
• IDENTITY CARD / PASSPORT with the visa<br />
<strong>for</strong> the stu<strong>de</strong>nts from outsi<strong>de</strong> Europe<br />
• 10 IDENTITY PHOTOS<br />
For Non - European stu<strong>de</strong>nts:<br />
• ORIGINAL DIPLOMAS (+ translation)<br />
• ORIGINAL LETTER OF ADMISSION AT<br />

It is recommen<strong>de</strong>d that you make photocopies<br />
of the official documents and bring along<br />
several ID photo. Furthermore, it is advisable<br />
to translate the necessary documents in your<br />
home country since an official translator of<br />
your language may not always be available.<br />
