<strong>Accreditation</strong> Actions Taken<br />

On the basis of comprehensive, focused, and staff consultation<br />

evaluations conducted during the reporting year,<br />

communications received from the institutions, ongoing<br />

review of first-time NAPLEX Ò passing rates and entry<br />

class size and comments of the Public Interest Panel, the<br />

Board of Directors determined the accreditation status<br />

along with specified terms and conditions <strong>for</strong> various<br />

professional programs noted below. (Note: A list of<br />

accredited professional degree programs of colleges and<br />

schools of pharmacy, which designates the respective history<br />

of the accreditation status of the programs and the<br />

academic year <strong>for</strong> the next currently scheduled evaluation,<br />

is posted on the <strong>ACPE</strong> web site at www.acpe-accredit.org.)<br />

An action to ‘‘affirm’’ implies that a previously established<br />

accreditation term has been confirmed. An action to ‘‘continue’’<br />

implies that the accreditation date has been extended.<br />
