From 1942-1944 he was in Bulgaria as Chief of the German Training Staff attached to the Royal Bulgarian Army Staff. b) GENMAJ (Brig Gen) Paul STEINBACH, FUEHRERRESERVE OKH (German Army Officers' Replacement Pool), a 58-year old professional soldier with a non- Nazi attitude. e) OBSTLT (Lt Col) Hermann MILTZOW, Ia, 719 Div, a 55-year old General Staff Officer of typical Prussian caliber. 1.
