• Submit the application along with the receipt of fees (carbon copy) and self addressed envelop to the Statements of Marks Section in Examination<br />
Building No. 1 immediately. Pay the fees in cash to the Cash Section of the <strong>University</strong> ( Administrative Building ). You can send the application<br />
along with a demand draft drawn on any nationalised bank in favour of Finance and Accounts Officer, <strong>Shivaji</strong> <strong>University</strong>, Kolhapur (payable at<br />
Kolhapur ) to the <strong>University</strong> by post also.<br />
• <strong>Application</strong> filed with all details and fees in the morning before 1 p.m. will be processed and Statements of marks will be issued by 5.30 p.m.<br />
• If the record is old and for any administrative reason the Statements of marks is not ready it will send by the post in due course.<br />
• Postage :- Rs. 30/- ( Minimum ) for Registered Post.<br />
• Fees revised on the application date are applicable.<br />
• Fees once paid will not be refunded.<br />
• If the Duplicate Statement of Marks printed at the mentioned seat no. in the application form found wrong, you will have to pay fees for the next<br />
Duplicate Statement of Marks.<br />
• Submit the receipt with you while collecting the Duplicate Statement of Marks by hand.<br />
• Incomplete application will not be entertained and no correspondence will be made in that behalf.
