At 7 January 2004 the Bank sold its interest in associated undertaking, ŽB - Trust, investiční
společnost, a.s., to Pioneer Global Asset Management S.p.A.
The selling price was CZK 4 735 800 for one share. Total selling price was CZK 94 million.
