<strong>and</strong> the diversity of publication media <strong>and</strong> sites. Not all policies are published on the DoH’s website. The process<br />
of identification was made much easier by a number of earlier mapping projects to which the author turned <strong>for</strong><br />
significant guidance in this regard, including Kallmann (2008), Giese <strong>and</strong> Koch (2008a), Coetzee <strong>and</strong> Streak (2004),<br />
Save the Children UK (2006), <strong>and</strong> Khoza (2007).<br />
