plus they will have to<br />
complete an affidavit<br />

register of the first<br />
school attended by<br />

certificate if he or she<br />

Late birth registrations<br />
are processed at<br />
regional <strong>and</strong> district<br />
level DoHA offices.<br />
Application may<br />
be made at any of<br />
the other tiers, <strong>for</strong><br />
example a Thusong<br />
centre, but the<br />
application will be<br />
sent to the district<br />
or regional office <strong>for</strong><br />
processing.<br />
Issuing<br />

Any citizen or<br />
permanent resident who<br />
is 15 years or older must<br />
apply <strong>for</strong> an ID from the<br />
DoHA.<br />
It is free when you<br />
apply <strong>for</strong> an ID. The<br />
applicant will only have<br />
