<strong>and</strong> breastfeeding must<br />
be continued <strong>for</strong> two<br />
years. The infant NVP<br />
is stopped, but the CTX<br />
continues;<br />
<br />
receives ongoing postnatal<br />
care <strong>and</strong> support,<br />
which includes family<br />
planning, feeding<br />
advice <strong>and</strong> support,<br />
TB screening <strong>and</strong><br />
other <strong>for</strong>ms of routine<br />
healthcare.<br />
If she is on lifelong ART,<br />
at her six-week postpartum<br />
visit she must<br />
be supported <strong>and</strong> her<br />
treatment adherence must<br />
be monitored. She must<br />
be referred to a primary<br />
healthcare facility <strong>for</strong><br />
ongoing ART.<br />
