A relatively fresh carcass is be<strong>in</strong>g turned over us<strong>in</strong>g a vehicle<br />
to look for any bullet wounds on <strong>the</strong> underside. Zakouma<br />
National Park, Chad.<br />
This elephant escaped <strong>the</strong> poachers but later succumbed to <strong>the</strong> wounds from an AK47. The guard <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> picture is po<strong>in</strong>t<strong>in</strong>g out<br />
an entry wound <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> foot. This carcass is a few days old. Zakouma National Park, Chad.<br />
