The program is entering its 24th year. Any high school senior attending a public or private
school or who is home-schooled is eligible to apply. If you have been a resident of the State of
New Hampshire for two years or more, are planning to attend a structured post-secondary
education program within a year of this June, and feel you have evidenced a high degree of
involvement in your community and school, you are eligible to apply for a William Loeb
Memorial Fund Educational Grant
This award is not based on financial need or grade point average but rather on community
involvement, independence and leadership potential. The decision of the Trustees is final.

NSDAR awards the following scholarships through the DAR Scholarship Committee. All applicants must be
citizens of the US and must attend, or plan to attend, an accredited college or university in the US.
American History Scholarship – one scholarship in the amount of $2,000 each year for first place winters,
$1,000 for second place winner and $1,000 for third place winner for up to four years awarded to graduating
high school seniors who will be majoring in American History. Deadline – February 1 st .
Lillian and Arthur Dunn Scholarship – a $2,000 scholarship awarded for up to four years to well qualified,
deserving sons and daughters of members of the NSDAR for four years of college. Outstanding recipients will
be considered for an additional period of up to four years of study. DAR Member Number of mother must be on
the Application. Deadline – February 15 th .
