Deadline: Applications must be postmarked no later than January 13.<br />

Under <strong>the</strong> 2005 Budweiser Conservation Scholarship Program, a minimum <strong>of</strong> 10 <strong>scholarships</strong> <strong>of</strong> up <strong>to</strong> $10,000<br />

each will be awarded <strong>to</strong> cover students' expenses for tuition, fees, books, room and board, and o<strong>the</strong>r direct<br />

expenses related <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong>ir studies.<br />

To be eligible for consideration, a student must be a U.S. citizen at least 21 years <strong>of</strong> age and enrolled in an<br />

accredited institution <strong>of</strong> higher education in <strong>the</strong> United States pursuing a graduate or undergraduate degree<br />

(sophomores and juniors in <strong>the</strong> current academic year only) in environmental science, natural resource<br />

management, biology, public policy, geography, political science, or related disciplines.<br />

NSDAR awards <strong>the</strong> <strong>following</strong> <strong>scholarships</strong> through <strong>the</strong> DAR Scholarship Committee. All applicants must be<br />

citizens <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> US and must attend, or plan <strong>to</strong> attend, an accredited college or university in <strong>the</strong> US<br />

Enid Hall Griswold Memorial Scholarship – a one time $1,000 scholarship awarded <strong>to</strong> deserving students<br />

accepted or enrolled in an accredited college or university in <strong>the</strong> US who are majoring in Political Science,<br />

His<strong>to</strong>ry, Government or Economics. Deadline – February 15 th .<br />

Lillian and Arthur Dunn Scholarship – a $2,000 scholarship awarded for up <strong>to</strong> four years <strong>to</strong> well qualified,<br />

deserving sons and daughters <strong>of</strong> members <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> NSDAR for four years <strong>of</strong> college. Outstanding recipients will<br />

be considered for an additional period <strong>of</strong> up <strong>to</strong> four years <strong>of</strong> study. DAR Member Number <strong>of</strong> mo<strong>the</strong>r must be on<br />

<strong>the</strong> Application. Deadline – February 15 th .<br />
