Daniella Irle is in her fourth fifth year on the<br />
UND <strong>Athletics</strong> administrative staff and serves<br />
as UND’s senior associate athletics director<br />
for internal operations and senior woman<br />
administrator (SWA).<br />

Irle’s day-to-day duties include departmental<br />
oversight <strong>of</strong> the compliance <strong>of</strong>fice, athletics academic services,<br />
strength and conditioning, sports medicine, and 14 <strong>of</strong> UND’s 21<br />
sports. Irle was also responsible for oversight <strong>of</strong> UND’s athletics<br />
certification and UND’s successful transition to Division I.<br />
Irle came from the Tulane <strong>University</strong>, where she served as the assistant<br />
athletics director <strong>of</strong> business and student services operations.<br />
Prior to that appointment, Irle spent three seasons as the head coach<br />
<strong>of</strong> the Tulane women’s swimming and diving team, re-starting the<br />
program after a 13-year hiatus. She was named Conference USA<br />
Coach <strong>of</strong> the Year in 2004-05 and 2005-06.<br />

Irle also spent 10 years as the Fresno State swimming and diving<br />
coach. The Western Athletic Conference Coach <strong>of</strong> the Year in 1993 and<br />
1995, 79 <strong>of</strong> her swimmers broke Fresno State school records.<br />
Other stops for Irle have included the <strong>University</strong> <strong>of</strong> Texas and LSU.<br />

Kyle Doperalski, in his first year at <strong>North</strong><br />
<strong>Dakota</strong>, oversees external communications,<br />
broadcast properties and marketing for UND<br />
<strong>Athletics</strong>. He collaborates with the athletics<br />
director to secure media contracts, including<br />
television and radio rights, as well as new<br />
media opportunities.<br />
Doperalski came to UND from New Mexico State <strong>University</strong>, where<br />
he served as a broadcast consultant and managed the Aggie Sports<br />
Radio Network. While at NMSU, Doperalski also created, developed<br />
and implemented the television network “Aggie Vision,” which can be<br />
seen in more than 8 million homes and has generated over $1 million<br />
in new revenue for NMSU <strong>Athletics</strong>.<br />

A 2005 graduate <strong>of</strong> Nebraska, Doperalski was an All-Big 12 performer<br />
in track and field while the Huskers claimed four Big 12 championships<br />
during his collegiate years. In 2011, Doperalski earned a master’s<br />
degree from the <strong>University</strong> <strong>of</strong> Illinois in recreation, sport and tourism<br />
with an emphasis in sport management.<br />
