Training and Certification Lion 101 T3 OS X Support Essentials 10.7 Train-the-Trainer This intensive, four-day course prepares training professionals to deliver Apple's Lion 101 course. The course combines lectures with hands-on exercises that reinforce practical skills, peer and instructor feedback, and group discussion. Participants deliver assigned sections of the course and provide constructive feedback. In addition, this T3 provides an introduction to delivering Apple's IT training curriculum. T3 attendance is one of the requirements necessary to become an IT Apple Certified Trainer (ACT) for Lion 101. To fulfill the T3 requirement, candidates must demonstrate presentation skills, training abilities, and an understanding of the course content, as well as contribute to class discussions and peer reviews. Attendees who successfully complete the T3 take the Lion 101 ACT Exam at the conclusion of the class. Trainer Certification To attend a T3 course, candidates must first be accepted into the Apple Certified Trainer (ACT) program. This program certifies qualified individuals to deliver Apple’s curriculum. ACTs work with Apple Authorized Training Centers (AATCs) to deliver end-user courses.
