Dur<strong>in</strong>g autumn season samples of waters were collected <strong>from</strong> different localities <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />
artificial lake “LIVOCI” nearby city Gjilani and analyzed bacteriological and<br />
physicochemical us<strong>in</strong>g standards methods. Total viable count was by plate technique . The<br />
pH ranged <strong>from</strong> 6.9 – 7.3 for water samples while temperature ranged <strong>from</strong> 7.9 to 14.5 o C.<br />
We done analysis and <strong>with</strong> system VITEK , where determ<strong>in</strong>ation different bacteria such as :<br />
