Hydrant wrenches can be obtained in various
sizes to fit water hydrant stems. Spanner
wrenches can be obtained in various sizes to
fit any connection combination (rocker,
slotted, or pin lugs). Combination wrenches
are available that can handle both hydrant
stems and spanner lugs.

Construction and materials: Hand crank
operated plastic roller designed to roll 50-
foot lengths of synthetic garden hose
(pencil hose).
