Created in 1994, the company DSVT (Data Sport
Vision Timing) has acquired a worldwide experience
in the field of high tech timing, as well as live

timekeeping material to the TV matting via the
display of live results on the internet. Its young
and dynamic team can provide services adapted to
specific and different needs of its customers. The
ORION Transponders, 1st transponder on the
market with Lithium battery, have been created
to make the timekeeping easier. The autonomy
reaches 60 days power on and only need 3 hours
of charge. The speed level and number programming
of the transponder can be chosen by the
user.
The team guarantees free training for all of its customers
in addition to assistance and a rapid after
sales service.
In 2006, Dsvt developed and put on the market its
system of Video Tracking all in numeric.

TRANSPONDER ORION AS
ALL SPORTS
Transponders Orion are the available only ones on the market w ith the
number and the programmable speed.
They "sleep" w hen they are stored in their case and therefore do not lose
any pow er w hen they are not being used. As soon as they are taken out
of the charging case, they become active and stay so for up to 20 days of
use (depending on the speed at w hich they cross the line).
These transponders do not re quire a supporting base, nor a pin to
hold them in place (saves money, saves time, and avoids complications
related to collecting deposits for supports).
Very precise: 0.001 second
Transponders Orion are guaranteed for 3 years (this can be extended to
5 years).
Gold Contacts:
Gold is a material w hich is not affected by corrosion w hich means that the contacts w ill alw ays remain fully functional
(they are guaranteed 5 years).
Lithium Battery:
The batteries only need to be recharged for 3 hours in order to be autonomous for 8to 20 days (depending on the
speed at w hich the transponders are being used)
For use once every w eek-end, transponders Orion need to be recharged just 5 times throughout the season.
One hour of charge suffices for an entire w eek-end of timekeeping (there is no memory loss)

ORION PROGRAMER

The Orion programmer is a real revolution in the field of transponderbased
timekeeping systems.
DSVT is the only company to have developed this system w hich means
that it is possible to program the transponder number as w ell as the frequency
w hich corresponds w ith the speed - the faster the speed, the
higher the frequency needed.
The ORION programmer makes the transponder number correspond
w ith the competitor's number or any other choice of number. For a race
such as the National Mountain Bike Championship, rider number 5237
w ill have the transponder Orion numbered 5237. As a result, a great deal
of confusion can be avoided and the timekeeping can be 100% efficient.
It is delivered w ith the necessary softw are.
It can be directly used w ith the programs Chronos and Protos.

DECODER ORION PRO
2 LOOPS
Whether you are organising a competition on an international level or a
local event, a reliable timekeeping system is obviously essential for its
success. Manual timekeeping is a thing of the past.
Box in special alu EMS & EMS joints to protect more for external
parasites.
Supplied w ith 2 USB Port (Master & Slave) - TCP-IP RS232 in option

It saves all of the information concerning the competition w ith the
Flash Memory card reader. (Ask us before to have this option)
Up to 20 Intermediate Loops can be controlled (Needs a HF connection and Master modem: 1000€).
This decoder includes:
- an emergency start button: Just in case the PC is not ready for use at the start of the race, the emergency start
button makes sure that no information is lost. Consequently, all of the information stored in the decoder can be
transferred to another PC.
- a Test mode: It is no longer necessary to have a separate transponder tester, it is integrated into the decoder. This
option means that it is possible to test the programming and the state of charge of the transponders.
- a Internal loud speaker (for the "beeps" each time a transponder is detected): this can be disconnected by plugging
in headphones.
- 2 opt coupler input interfaces: one for the remote control, one for the cell barrier (needed for uphill motorbike

CHRONOS V9.O is the most successfully completed of our softwares.
A handbook is available in French and English.
Version available: French, English, Spanish, German and Portuguese.
It beats all the softw are available on the world market. It can do everything! At least more than all the others.
CHRONOS is our best softw are. It w as created by certified timekeepers. It is the most extensive and has an increasing
number of options to meet competition needs. It can be used w ith transponders, manually or by a cells system.
It enables the set up of the database for a race : racer name, race name, number of test rounds, number of qualifying
rounds, number of race rounds, etc…It entirely manages the race because it integrates the race rules (like FFM &
FIM rules), race results and championships positions.
It allow s for the display of complete race results and others elements like: current positions, test results and the resume,
start lists, final positions or even championship points. All the listings can be sent to the race judge, racer,
team manager or press by a simple computer connection. It can display up to seven screens for race judges, racers,
managers and press. It manages a scoreboard, jump start, photo finish, start lights or count lap display systems.

Protos is our most recent software, designed for beginners in timekeeping.
It w as developed by the Sw iss Motorcycle Federation. It can only be used for timekeeping w ith
transponders.
It allows users to set up their ow n database for the race, racers’ names, track names, number of test rounds, number
of qualifying rounds, race rounds, etc. It manages not only the timekeeping but also the penalty points, the race positions
and the championship positions. It permits printouts of information such as test resumes, positions, championship
positions, etc. It enables the live transmissions of results for the race managers, racers, team managers, on anything
up to four screens.
It is also possible to control the scoreboard, the jump start and the lap counter via Protos.

CALISTO positioning by GPS
IN LIVES
This new development of Jean Luc is a system of timing per virtual
line. It is also a recorder of position, speed, pace (for the horse). It prevents the base if a
competitor remains more than 5 minutes in the same place.
Its precision is < 0.010 dryness.
Virtual lines (defined by co-ordinates GPS) and the hours of acquisitions are programmed
in each beacon via USB. Thus as of the crossing of one of the lines by the
competitor the Beacon sends its position via a modem HF with a range of 15Km, it is
enough to position simple receiving beacons along the course w hich goes, they, to communicate
