LEE<br />
First Season<br />
Logan Lee is <strong>in</strong> his <strong>in</strong>augural season with the <strong>Kentucky</strong> basketball<br />
program. However, it is not his first experience with<br />
UK head coach Billy Gillispie.<br />
The San Antonio, Texas native f<strong>in</strong>ished his collegiate play<strong>in</strong>g<br />
career at Texas A&M under Gillispie, where the Aggies tallied a<br />
70-19 record with Lee as a walk-on.<br />
Upon graduat<strong>in</strong>g from John Marshall High School <strong>in</strong> San<br />
Antonio, Lee attended South Pla<strong>in</strong>s College where he started 33<br />
<strong>of</strong> 34 games his freshman season. He was named team <strong>of</strong>fensive<br />
Player <strong>of</strong> the Year and team MVP while lead<strong>in</strong>g the Texans to<br />
the WJCAC Conference championship as well as the NJCAA<br />
Region V Championship.<br />
Lee transferred to Hawaii for his sophomore season where<br />
started 26 games and led the team <strong>in</strong> assists while help<strong>in</strong>g the<br />
Warriors to a third round appearance <strong>in</strong> the 2004 NIT.<br />
After a year away, it was time for Lee to return to the<br />
Lonestar State where he walked on for Gillispie and A&M.<br />
After graduat<strong>in</strong>g with a degree <strong>in</strong> Agricultural Leadership<br />
and Development <strong>in</strong> 2006, Lee stayed on with Texas A&M<br />
basketball where he worked as an Adm<strong>in</strong>istrative Assistant<br />
<strong>in</strong> the 2007-08 season.<br />
He earned a Master <strong>of</strong> Sciences degree from A&M <strong>in</strong><br />
2008 and then made the trek north to Lex<strong>in</strong>gton to<br />
rejo<strong>in</strong> his old college coach. As a member <strong>of</strong> Gillispie’s<br />
staff, Lee assists with adm<strong>in</strong>istrative responsibilities,<br />
academic achievements for the players, as well as <strong>of</strong>fcourt<br />
player development.<br />
