Transit operators work in an environment that can often be
isolated and they must rely on their personal skills when
handling difficult situations. The transit industry has taken
some very proactive measures to make both the physical
environment of the bus more safe and secure as well as
provide training that equip operators with effective skills
to reduce confrontational situations. Attend this session
to learn how you can make a safer environment for your
operator workforce.
