21. Select Advances from the subnavigation bar.
The Advances screen opens (Figure 2-11)

22. Select the Accounting Label that will be used for the advance.
The maximum amount of the advance authorized displays in the Advances Summary box on
the right of the screen (Figure 2-12). The maximum amount shown will be paid to the traveler.
If a lower amount is preferred, select edit to update the Amount field.
