3.2 Commercial and Industrial Operations<br />

Commercial and industrial source controls focus primarily on reducing exposure of materials to rainfall<br />

and runoff and preventing non-stormwater discharges to storm sewers. Check federal and state<br />

requirements for obtaining and complying with stormwater discharge permits. The following BMP Fact<br />
