6.7.2.5
The fixing of each tendon shall be enumerated and the length stated. Degreasing,
straightening, cutting to lengths and assembling tendons shall be deemed to be
included with the item.
6.7.2.6
Anchorages, spacers, distance-pieces, couplers and the like shall each be
enumerated.
6.7.2.7
Tensioning of tendons shall be enumerated. Cutting ends of wires and cables shall
be included in the description of the item.
6.7.2.8
Grouting of ducts and filling of grooves shall be measured separately in metres.
6.7.2.9
Special jointing of units and any other specific requirement shall be enumerated.
6.8 PROPRIETARY FLOORING
6.8.1
Rates shall include supply, placing, propping and bracing.
6.8.2
Proprietary flooring components shall be described and measured in square metres.
The dimensions for proprietary flooring shall be taken between beams or walls, ¡.e.,
the opening size shall be measured.
6.8.3
Deductions shall be made for openings of 1 .O m2 and over

Raking cutting shall be measured in metres.

Trimming and forming of each opening shall be enumerated stating the size.

Fitting around columns or projections shall be enumerated stating the size of
notching.
6.8.7
In situ concrete topping shall be described and measured separately under this
subsection in square metres and the thickness and volume shall be stated in the
description.
6.8.8
Formwork necessary to complete the flooring system shall be measured as provided
for in this section.
