SECTION 38 - INCLUDED SUMS<br />
38.1 SCOPE<br />
This section forms a memorandum list only of all included sums contained in the<br />
various sections.<br />
38.2 GENERAL PRINCIPLES<br />
Details shall be given of the value of each sum and the section in which it has been<br />
included.<br />
38.3 MEASUREMENT PROCEDURE<br />
38.3.1<br />
Contingency, Provisional, Net or Prime Cost (P.C.) sums and the like shall be<br />
described and scheduled in the relevant sections.<br />
38.3.2<br />
Where required, items shall be scheduled for margin, taking delivery, storage,<br />
attendance, fixing and the like.<br />
